MotoGP, Pedro Acosta ready to do the rain dance at Le Mans

This weekend is raced in Le Mans. Pedro Acosta, fourth in the World Championship with 66 points, is optimistic about the French GP: “I’ve always been very fast here, ever since my first year in Moto3, it usually suits me,” his words to Marca.
The KTM failed to stay in the positions that count in Jerez, This weekend, there is a desire to do better: “The bike with the updates we bring from Jerez will help us a little. We’ll see if we can take a step forward.”
In addition, the 2004 class recalled a dejá vù from last season, just at the Grand Prix of Le Mans: “Last year, after the bad period at the beginning of the season, here was a bit of a turning point. In the Sprint I was fourth, when I crashed on the last lap, and then we were fourth in the long race as well.”
This weekend, though, the French weather could have a big impact (rain is expected): “We will have to be careful of weather surprises during the weekend. Bad weather, however, doesn’t seem to worry Pedro Acosta too much: “In the rain this bike goes spectacularly and it’s the condition in which it performs best, but I don’t really know why. In every weekend there are always surprises. We’ll see what happens, it’s certainly not good to talk before the weather.”
