AC Milan, Luka Modric ready to put on superhero mask to be at Marassi

Luka Modric is ready to get back up for the good of Milan. Not even the injury he sustained during the Milan-Juventus match that ended 0-0, following a clash with Manuel Locatelli, seems to have knocked him out for good. In fact, it looks like he will be featured at Marassi, in the delicate and decisive challenge with Genoa.
The Rossoneri midfielder would be willing to wear a protective mask in order to take the field against the Grifone. Obviously, he will need the green light from the doctors before he can really be summoned by Max Allegri.
Clearly, for Milan, it would be really important to be able to count on Luka Modric in what, on balance, is the most important match of the season with the Diavolo obliged to win after the heavy home defeat to Atalanta that greatly complicated the race for a place in the next Champions League.
It should be remembered that Max Allegri, against Genoa, will have to do without the disqualified Alexis Saelemaekers, Pervis Estupinan and especially Rafael Leao. The latter is at the center of much criticism for his decidedly negative end to the season.
