Federica Brignone, different weekend than usual in the Dolomites

Federica Brignone will be among the protagonists of the first edition of the River&Peaks Gravel Race Powered by Dolomia, scheduled in Claut (Pordenone) on June 6 and 7.
The athlete from Valle d’Aosta, just back from a very successful season at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan Cortina, where she won two gold medals in the super G and giant slalom, will participate in the event as brand ambassador of Dolomia, the event’s main sponsor.
The race, organized by Xevent Ssd between Claut and Cimolais, will include two days: on Saturday an FCI competition on a 75-kilometer course with 1,700 meters of elevation gain, and on Sunday a 50-kilometer non-competitive ride open also to e-bikes and mountain bikes, with food and wine stops along the way.
Brignone will be present to award the winners of the competitive event, meet the public at the event village and participate in a talk at the Palaghiaccio di Claut dedicated to recounting his Olympic season. The initiative aims to enhance the territory of the Friulian Dolomites and promote sports tourism related to the gravel movement, with the support of the municipalities of Claut and Cimolais, the Friulian Dolomites Natural Park and the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region.
