The failure to qualify for the next Champions League is forcing Juventus to downsize the summer market.

Executive director Damien Comolli is already working to figure out how to reinforce Luciano Spalletti’s team without investing exaggerated sums on the market.

A big hand could come from disposals: on the list are Michele Di Gregorio, Teun Koopmeiners, Nico Gonzalez, Arthur, Douglas Luiz, Juan Cabal, Vasilije Adzic and especially Andrea Cambiaso. The former Genoa man did not have a great season but there are several clubs on his trail.

Cambiaso is in the crosshairs of Barcelona in particular.Hansi Flick asked Joan Laporta for some reinforcements for the defensive department and the German coach likes the full-back a lot. There is a 50-million-euro clause in the player’s contract but it is possible that Barcelona will try to bargain.

Meanwhile, Juventus is preparing to say goodbye to Dusan Vlahovic, who will leave Turin at the end of June on a zero-parameter basis to find a new accommodation: talks for a contract renewal have failed and the center forward will continue his career elsewhere.

The former Fiorentina player’s future will most likely be far from Italy due to the high salary demands (there is talk of around 8 million euros and a hefty signing bonus). Giorgio Chiellini to the microphones of AGI also confirmed, “I am very sorry. He is a serious person but at these figures he will not stay in Italy, however it is legitimate that he seeks another type of engagement.”
