Juventus Transfer Market: Comolli’s Departure and Carnevali’s Arrival Are Official

Juventus has decided to overhaul its management. Farewell to Comolli and welcome to Carnevali. It’s now official, as per the club’s statement.

“The Board of Directors of Juventus FC today approved the appointment of Giovanni Carnevali as CEO and General Manager of the Club, entrusting him with the managerial leadership of the Company with the aim of strengthening the Bianconeri’s sporting and industrial project,” the statement reads

Furthermore, the statement also mentions Carnevali’s appointment, describing him as “…”one of the most influential and respected managers in Italian soccer, who will lead the Club’s development path. Damien Comolli concludes his time with Juventus by mutual agreement with the Club.”

In short, a new era is beginning at Juventus. It will be up to Carnevali to build a new winning project. Given his extensive experience and knowledge of the market, especially the Italian one, the feeling is that all the conditions are in place for success.
