NBA: LeBron James Reveals When He’ll Decide Where to Play and That It’ll Be a Lot of Fun

The moment of the long-awaited decision has not yet arrived. In his first public appearance after announcing that he will no longer play for the Los Angeles Lakers (eight seasons, one NBA championship), LeBron James did not reveal the name of his new (and final) team.
“This is the fourth time in my career that I’ve been a free agent. So it’s an important decision not only for me, but also for my family—especially for the final stretch of my career and where I want to spend my last few years… Wherever I go, my strength will be that I’m a natural-born leader. I’ll try to fit in with whatever team I end up on, but I’ll also provide them with all the tools and knowledge I’ve acquired over the past 23 years. “I know the game,” he said at the Boardroom Game Plan Summit.
LBJ has let it be known that we won’t have to wait much longer, but that he’s not yet ready to say which jersey he’ll be wearing next year. What’s certain is that he finds the whole thing a lot of fun.
Several teams are still actively interested; however, according to ESPN sources, the teams most likely to have LeBron James on their roster next year are the Cleveland Cavaliers (his former team and where he won the NBA championship in 2016), the Miami Heat (another team where he played and won), the Philadelphia 76ers, and the Golden State Warriors.
