Juventus Transfer Market: Will Dusan Vlahovic’s Future Be with the Bianconeri?

Dusan Vlahovic’s future remains shrouded in uncertainty. After his stint at Juventus came to an end without a contract renewal, the Serbian forward is still searching for a new club. Luciano Spalletti, meanwhile, has not ruled out a possible return to Juventus, but the financial differences that led to the breakdown of negotiations remain a major obstacle. The offers received so far have not convinced the striker, whose fate appears to hinge on three factors: transfer market opportunities, interest from major clubs, and his financial demands.

Among the clubs that have shown the greatest interest is Besiktas, coached by Vincenzo Italiano, the manager who had already helped Vlahovic shine during his time at Fiorentina. The Turkish club is reported to have offered a contract worth approximately 8 million euros net per season, a figure the player, however, considers insufficient.

Meanwhile, Besiktas has also made moves for other targets. Leandro Trossard has arrived from Arsenal on a deal with a salary similar to that offered to the Serbian striker. Furthermore, according to the Turkish press, talks regarding Mohamed Salah are continuing: after an initial request of 15 million euros per year, the parties have reportedly reached a preliminary agreement, though the contract duration and image rights remain to be finalized. In recent hours, the name of Mauro Icardi—who has just parted ways with Galatasaray—has also emerged as a potential target for Besiktas. A potential arrival of the Argentine would further reduce the chances of seeing Vlahovic in Istanbul.

Despite scoring 68 goals in 168 appearances for Juventus, Vlahovic has yet to attract concrete offers from major European clubs. Following Robert Lewandowski’s departure, Barcelona has chosen to focus on Julian Alvarez, although difficulties in the negotiations could reopen some possibilities.
