Torino is trying to resist Roma’s pursuit of Alessio Cacciamani. The 19-year-old winger, who spent last season on loan at Juve Stabia, is being targeted by the Giallorossi, who have offered 10 million euros for him at the urging of Gian Piero Gasperini, who considers him a promising prospect for the future.

According to Tuttosport, Torino has rejected the Giallorossi’s offer, partly due to pressure from Ignazio Abate himself, who wants to keep the player and hopes he’ll remain with the Granata. But that’s not all: the Granata management has also begun negotiations for Ilias Koutsoupias, a Greek midfielder born in 2001 who plays for Frosinone. He was a key player in the team’s promotion to Serie A, scoring 8 goals and providing four assists, and is valued at around 7 million euros. As for the goalkeeper, the club is awaiting Leeds’ green light for the arrival of Lucas Perri: everything is set for the Brazilian goalkeeper, but they must wait for the official announcement of Trafford’s signing from Manchester City.
