In recent months, Leon Goretzka, born in 1995, has been persistently linked to Milan and Juventus: signing him would significantly boost the experience level of both teams, but the main obstacle was his salary. At Bayern, Goretzka earned approximately 10 million euros net per season, but only clubs in the Saudi Pro League are willing to offer him the same terms.

Another top player currently without a team is Jadon Sancho, who is a free agent following his loan stint at Aston Villa.
