Fiorentina beats Juventus in the race for Joshua Zirkzee. According to rumors reported by *La Gazzetta dello Sport*, the Viola have approached Manchester United regarding the Dutch forward, who has been on the Old Lady’s transfer radar for months now.

Anything can happen in the final days of the summer transfer window: the Viola, who are about to finalize the sale of Moise Kean to Como for approximately 40 million euros—including a fixed fee and bonuses—are reportedly ready to make a move for the striker set to leave the Red Devils. Fiorentina is reported to have proposed a loan with a fee of around 5 million euros, with an option to buy at the end of the season for a figure yet to be finalized. The English club, however, prefers a buyout clause contingent on individual and team performance: negotiations are ongoing, but reports from Florence suggest optimism regarding the outcome of the deal.
