Robinio Vaz’s time at Roma is coming to an end. The young French forward was not part of Coach Gasperini’s plans and has chosen to seek a fresh start elsewhere.

The former Marseille player will make a fresh start in the Premier League. Overnight, Roma reached an agreement with Hull City, which had long been tracking the 19-year-old Robinio Vaz. A deal appears to be very close, with the center forward set to join the English club on a paid loan.

Specifically, reports indicate a loan fee of approximately two million euros with an option to buy set at 30 million euros. Robinio Vaz is thus leaving the Giallorossi after just a few months (he had arrived in the capital last January from Olympique de Marseille for a fee of 22 million euros).

He failed to make his mark with the Giallorossi: 14 appearances with just one goal to his credit (against Lecce). Coach Gasperini preferred to rely on other players, and as a result, Robinio Vaz’s only option was to find a new home. Wearing the Tigers’ jersey (who have had an excellent start to the season with two wins in their first two Premier League matches), he’ll try to prove that letting him go was a mistake.
