MotoGP Sprint Race at Misano: Marc Marquez Shows His Strength, Beating Bezzecchi. Bagnaia Falls Behind

Marc Marquez wins the San Marino Grand Prix Sprint race with an impressive display of strength on the Misano track. The Ducati rider snatched the lead from pole-sitter Marco Bezzecchi at the start, then—maintaining a blistering pace—managed to hold off the rider from Rimini, securing a hard-earned victory.
In third place was the other Aprilia ridden by Jorge Martin, the current MotoGP World Championship leader, followed by VR46 rider Fabio Di Giannantonio and Gresini Team rider Alex Marquez. Another Saturday to forget for Pecco Bagnaia, who finished a distant 13th on the factory Ducati, far behind the leaders. Rounding out the top 10 were Pedro Acosta, Raul Fernandez, Fermin Aldeguer, Luca Marini, and Johann Zarco.
Bagnaia’s slump seems endless, and even Valentino Rossi spoke about his friend on Sky: “I see him struggling; he’s not riding well. It seems to me that he’s losing a lot of grip under braking, as if the engine braking and the electronics settings aren’t right. I saw him struggling again this Friday.”
