2026 Vuelta a España: Enric Mas Wins; Final Standings

Enric Mas won the 2026 Vuelta a España. After three eventful weeks, marked by several twists and turns—including the withdrawal of undisputed leader Tadej Pogacar due to a crash—the Iberian stage race concluded in Granada without any surprises following Saturday’s final climb.
The Movistar rider retained the red jersey and claimed his first-ever victory in a three-week stage race. The Spaniard took the lead after Pogacar’s withdrawal and held off all attacks from his rivals, earning the victory.
Mas finished the race with a 2-minute, 15-second lead over second-place finisher Primoz Roglic of Slovenia and a 2-minute, 44-second lead over Felix Gall of Austria. The final standings also include Richard Carapaz, who finished fourth, Sepp Kuss, and Oscar Onley. The final stage was won by Tobias Halland Johannessen in a sprint finish ahead of Italian Alessandro Romele
