Ligue 1 2026–2027: Brest vs. PSG, probable lineups

Brest vs. PSG is a match for Matchday 4 of Ligue 1: kickoff is scheduled for Sunday at 8:45 p.m. Luis Enrique’s team is, surprisingly, still winless after draws against Rennes and Lille and a loss to Monaco. The European champions, who found some consolation this week with a 6-1 victory over Slovan Bratislava in the Champions League, must win to avoid falling too far behind the league leaders. Brest is coming off a strong road win against Le Havre and currently sits in seventh place.
The home team will start the match with Ajorque as the center forward and Balde, Doumbia, and Mboup in attacking midfield to create chances. Chotard and Magnetti will anchor the midfield.
PSG absolutely must take all three points; Ferran Torres, Dembele, and Kvaratskhelia will lead the attack. In midfield, Vitinha could start with Neves and Mayulu on either side of him.
Brest vs. PSG: Probable Lineups

Before the match, former Napoli player Kvaratskhelia, one of the team’s stars, spoke: “Is it a coincidence that we’ve won two Champions League titles since I joined? I don’t think it’s because of me. Every player on this team is incredibly important. It doesn’t matter who plays or who’s on the bench. I’m very proud and grateful to have contributed, even if only in a small way, to winning these magnificent trophies with the club,” he told L’Equipe. “What does Luis Enrique bring to the team? We have an excellent relationship; we respect each other. He always pushes me to improve and gives me advice to help me grow. I can talk to him easily. It’s very easy to be one of his players. I’m very proud of him. I like his work ethic. And his entire staff is fantastic. You just have to listen to them and do things right.”
