2026-2027 Champions League: Galatasaray vs. Barcelona, Probable Lineups

Galatasaray and Barcelona face off in Istanbul at 9 p.m. in a match for Matchday 2 of the Champions League group stage. The Lions suffered a crushing defeat in their opener against Sporting and are looking to bounce back in front of their home fans against one of the favorites to win the tournament; the Blaugrana have had a formidable start to the season and, in their first match of the competition, swept aside Feyenoord 5-1.
Buruk is counting on Osimhen, who has now recovered: joining him up front will be Sané, Batrakov, and Leao in the attacking midfield. In midfield are Torreira and Lemina, while the two fullbacks will be Jakobs and Yilmaz.
Hansi Flick will have to do without the injured Raphinha and could also field Gabriel Jesus as the center forward with Lamine Yamal and Adeyemi on either side of him. In midfield: Rodri, Pedri, and Dani Olmo; on the wings: Koundé and Cancelo.
