High ratings for a stellar Sunday of sports on Sky, with a packed schedule that saw three Italian stars shine in F1, MotoGP and tennis.

The Formula 1 Japanese GP–broadcast from 7 a.m. on Sky Sport Uno, Sky Sport F1 and Sky Sport 4K–which opened the Sunday of Italian triumphs with the second consecutive victory of Kimi Antonelli, the new World Championship leader, garnered 824 thousand average total viewers in total audience*, with 1 million 210 thousand unique contacts** and a share of 19.2%*. The delayed broadcast on TV8 from 2:15 p.m. averaged 1 million 624 thousand average viewers with a 13.5% TV share.

Huge following also for MotoGP for the U.S. GP, broadcast from 10 p.m. on Sky Sport Uno and Sky Sport MotoGP. Marco Bezzecchi’s victory leading the Aprilia one-two on the podium in Austin registered 772 thousand average total viewers in total audience*, reaching 1 million 79 thousand unique contacts** and 3.8% share*. In 894 thousand with a 5 percent TV share for the 10:30 p.m. deferred broadcast on TV8.

Closing the day was tennis: the final of the Miami Masters 1000 – on Sky Sport Tennis from 10:30 p.m. – which crowned Jannik Sinner the winner on Florida cement, averaged 752 thousand total average viewers in total audience*, with 1 million 892 thousand unique contacts** and a 6.1 percent share*.

Second best day of the year for the Sky Sports website: on Sunday, March 29, it totaled 1.7M Visits, 1.32M Unique Visitors and 8.2M Page Views, ranking among the best also for Video Views with 1.8M. High numbers for Sky Sports’ social channels as well, with the profiles together recording 3.2M interactions and 33.5M video views.
