C'is a new suitor for Cagliari’s jewel

The excellent performances churned out this year by Elia Caprile with Cagliari have not gone unnoticed and the goalkeeper’s name has ended up on the notebooks of several top clubs. In Italy, Juventus and Inter Milan like him very much: the bianconeri want to get rid of Michele Di Gregorio, the nerazzurri will have to replace Yann Sommer and are not convinced that they want to entrust the goal to Josep Martinez.
Caprile has, however, many admirers abroad as well and, according to several rumors coming from France, Olympique Lyon has also set its sights on him. This year Paulo Fonseca has entrusted the goal to Dominik Greif but the Slovakian has not convinced 100% and the French management is already working to replace him.
The English hypothesis cannot be ruled out: Aston Villa has been monitoring Elia Caprile’s performance for some time since they will most likely lose Dibu Martinez in the summer. The 1992 class extreme defender, absolute protagonist of the last World Cup won with Argentina, has received several phone calls from some Primera División clubs and is thinking of returning to his homeland.
Cagliari would obviously like to keep Elia Caprile but for Tommaso Giulini it could be very complicated to refuse a big offer. Guido Angelozzi is already taking precautions and has some names on his notebook: Wladimiro Falcone, Christos Mandas and Arijanet Murić are concrete hypotheses.
