Volleyball Bergamo 1991 scores a major coup for the upcoming Serie A1 season: Elena Pietrini will wear the red and blue jersey, bringing experience, talent and charisma to the Bergamo club.

One of the most appreciated spikers on the Italian scene, Pietrini arrives in Bergamo after a path of the highest level that has seen her as a protagonist both in Italy and abroad, as well as with the Italian national team. Born in 2000, she grew up in the federal nursery of Club Italia and has made a name for herself since a very young age thanks to her offensive qualities, solidity in reception and a competitive mentality that has made her one of the reference players in Italian volleyball.

During her career she wore the jerseys of Club Italia, Scandicci and Milan, also experiencing an international experience in Russia with Dinamo Kazan. With the Italian national team, she has achieved prestigious goals, including world silver in 2018, the European title in 2021 and successes in the Volleyball Nations League.

The official announcement of his arrival was accompanied by a reel filmed in the spaces of GEWISS, a historical partner and strongly linked to the territory, a symbol of innovation, energy and growth shared with the red and blue club.
