Milan is training in Australia ahead of its match against Inter

After Milan’s arrival in Perth, where they were greeted by enthusiastic Rossoneri fans in Australia, the club’s Summer Tour kicked off on Tuesday morning. The highlight took place at the Crown Crystal Club in the hotel where the team is staying, when Rita Saffioti, Deputy Premier of the Government of Western Australia, welcomed Ruben Amorim and Matteo Gabbia for a press briefing attended by local and Italian media.

In the afternoon, the first training session took place at the Sam Kerr Football Center, during which the players began with a warm-up on the field, including keep-away drills and athletic exercises. This was followed by a tactical session that concluded with a scrimmage and a series of shots on goal.

Outside the center, a group of young female soccer players was waiting for the team, asking for autographs and selfies. Wednesday’s schedule includes an afternoon training session set for 3:30 p.m. local time.

On Wednesday, August 5, the Rossoneri will face Inter; three days later, they’ll take on Chelsea; and on August 15, they’ll face Manchester United. Their league debut, scheduled for August 28, will be against Torino, led by former Rossoneri player Ignazio Abate.
