Milan Transfer Market: Pulisic Reveals His Plans for the Future

Milan forward Christian Pulisic met with Rossoneri fans at the Milan Store in San Siro on Thursday and spoke about his present and future with the Diavolo. After missing the first few games—still not at his best due to issues with his right leg—the American star has become a key part of Ruben Amorim’s plans, and that was immediately evident against Lecce.
“I’ve always felt good; now I want to get into the right shape. The goal against Lecce? It was great to score like that—it’s probably one of my best goals. I didn’t realize how difficult it was until I watched it again.”
Regarding his contract, which expires in 2028, Pulisic had this to say: “I’m very happy here and hope to stay; we’ll talk about it soon, but right now I’m just focused on playing. I have a good relationship with Amorim—we’re all learning how he wants us to play. I’m very optimistic about what’s happened so far; I think the last game was the best we’ve played.”
Pulisic then highlighted the importance of certain stars on the team, such as Gonçalo Ramos and Modric: “Playing with Gonçalo is fantastic; he helps the team so much—he runs for 90 minutes without ever stopping. I know his qualities, and I’m not worried: the goals will come. Modric is 41 years old but he’s in great shape; he does everything brilliantly and has a lot of passion in general—there are so many things I can learn from him.”
