Cagliari challenges Torino and Fiorentina for a market target
Ciprian Tatarusanu’s experience at AC Milan seems to have reached the end credits. The goalkeeper, who arrived in Milan in September 2020, has been called upon several times to replace Mike Maignan but has rarely churned out solid performances.
Three clubs are on the trail of the experienced Romanian: Fiorentina, Torino and Cagliari. The lily-livered club has long been interested in bringing Tatarusanu back to Florence, but in the last few hours it has also sounded out Salvatore Sirigu. Torino has set its sights on the 1986-born to replace Etrit Berisha: the Albanian is unhappy with his lack of minutes and has reportedly already informed the Granata management of the situation.
Cagliari sees the possibility of pairing an experienced goalkeeper with Boris RadunoviÄ: the Serbian has won the starting job after Cragno’s transfer to Monza and Giulini could sign Tatarusanu to help him in his growth process.
