Sofia Goggia talismanic, Atalanta thanks

On Monday evening Atalanta defeated Roma with a result of 3-1. At the Gewiss Stadium there was a special guest: Sofia Goggia. The very strong skier, coming back from a very busy season, is enjoying a well-deserved rest and took the opportunity to see her favorite team.

Post-match Gian Piero Gasperini thanked Goggia: “She is an example for Bergamo, for us and for everyone. I thank her for coming to see us.” The Bergamo native is not only a champion on the track, but also off it: she is very nice and has a great relationship with her fans who love her very much and prove it by clogging her social profiles with lots of ‘likes’ and positive comments.

In the next round of the championship, Atalanta will be in Turin to take on Ivan Juric’s team while on Wednesday, May 3, at 6 p.m., they will host Spezia. We will see if Sofia Goggia will visit the Nerazzurri again.
