Roma: Leonardo Spinazzola dribbles questions about his future
Leonardo Spinazzola on the eve of Roma’s Europa League semifinal first leg against Bayer Leverkusen responded to criticism about his current state of form and his future at the Giallorossi, which appears as uncertain as ever.
“Every game by intensity I am one of the first in the team, so the physique is fine,” Spinazzola said. “Then it’s normal that there are opponents or there are small smears that can lead to an opponent’s goal, just as a pass from me can lead to a goal from us. Nothing is happening, I’m fine. That of the fifth is a role in which it is impossible to have the same performance in all games.”
“My future? I wouldn’t know what to answer. My future is to go home and kiss my son on his birthday. There would be no point in thinking about the rest, there is a month and a half of super important games.”
