Denver just one win away from the first NBA Finals in its history
Down 0-2 in the series, the LA Lakers did not reverse course and, in front of their home crowd, surrendered again to Denver. Game 3 ends with the success of the Nuggets (119-108), who thus move to 3-0 in the series and thus just one win away from the first NBA Finals in its history.
Dragging Denver to success in the third act of the series was Murray, who finished with an impressive 37 points (30 in the first half alone). Jokic rose to prominence in the final period in which he put up an impressive 15 of his final 24 points. James’ 23 points (with 12 assists) and Davis’ 28 points (with 18 rebounds) were not enough in the Yellow Jacket.)
