For Denver, this is the first, historic appearance in the NBA Finals

Ahead 3-0 in the series, Denver managed to win, on a comeback, Game 4 as well (113-111 the final), closing the accounts with the LA Lakers and advancing, for the first time in its history, to the NBA Finals. Once again, dominant Jokic finishing with his eighth triple-double of the playoffs (30 points, 14 rebounds and 13 assists). A legendary performance that also earned him the Western Conference Finals MVP award.
A stellar James, capable of putting up an impressive 40 points (31 in the first half alone), was not enough for the LA Lakers. LBJ. in the finale, appeared in oxygen debt. The other yellow-violet star Davis did not particularly shine: 21 points but with a mediocre 6/15 from the field. “It’s unbelievable, it’s a lot of fun. It’s surreal. We want to keep making history.
