Cremonese backtracks: Giovanni Stroppa returns

Sometimes they come back. "U.S. Cremonese makes it known that it has entrusted the technical leadership of the first team to Giovanni Stroppa, who will direct the training sessions of the grigiorossi from Wednesdayì November 13": through a meager statement, the grigiorossa club confirmed that the coach from Mulazzano è again the coach of the first team.

Stroppa, who last season had come close to promotion at the helm of 'Cremo' (and who in 2022 took Monza to Serie A for the first time in over 100 years of history), had been removed to make way for Eugenio Corini.

After only five matches (2 wins, 1 draw and 2 defeats), Cremonese decided to exonerate the Brescian&#nbsp;to recall the coach&#nbsp;who had been exonerated after getting 11 points in the first 8 days. 

In the last round of the championship Cremonese è was beaten in Mantua, at the home of the newly promoted Virgilian.
