Bologna, Federico Bernardeschi: bruised knee injury

Through an official note, Bologna has updated on the condition of Federico Bernardeschi, who was injured in the’friendly match against Vis Pesaro, in which he scored the momentary 2-2 goal on a penalty kick.

“Federico Bernardeschi sustained during yesterday–s friendly match a mild distortion injury to his right knee, it said.

In the coming days he will undergo therapy and differentiated training. Recovery time is about three weeks”.

The hope for the Italian trequartista is to recover in time for his official debut with the Rossoblù jersey on the first day of Serie A, when Bologna will be engaged at the Stadio Olimpico against Roma on Saturday, Aug. 23 at 6:30 p.m.
