Morata one step away from Como, Milan ready to cash in

The long telenovela starring Morata seems close to the’last installment. The Spaniard is reportedly one step away from signing with Como. After Juventus and Milan, third adventure in Serie A for the 32-year-old striker.

Galatasaray, after the white smoke in the negotiation for Osimhen, now seems decided to let Morata go (the loan from Milan was until December 2025). Como will pay him three million euros, to which must be added 12 million euros to be paid into Milan’s coffers (the Rossoneri club has the Spanish forward under contract until 2028).

At close quarters, the deal should go through to the satisfaction of all parties involved. In particular, that of Fabregas, who has always wanted Morata, considering him the perfect striker to enhance his offensive department. The Spanish national’s experience will come in handy in a squad in which there is certainly no shortage of talent but the average age is rather low.

At 32 years of age, Morata is ready for a new challenge. Having always played in clubs committed to winning trophies, he will now become the leader of an ambitious club that dreams bigger and bigger. So much desire for redemption, especially for the decidedly negative half-season spent at AC Milan.
