Marc Marquez sheds light on what happened in the pits with Valentino Rossi

Marc Marquez won the sprint race of the Gp d’Austria but Saturday on social media another incident that occurred in the pit lane went viral. The Spanish centaur passed Valentino Rossi but although they passed within two meters of each other they did not greet each other.

Interviewed on the matter by Dazn (Spanish version) and in particular by Jorge Lorenzo, the eight-time world champion commented as follows: “I didn&#8217t see it, I swear. I was just thinking about concentrating”.

“Definitely, I was looking at the asphalt, because I always look down and with my sunglasses on. I saw him once past, because you can see him with the yellow cap, when you enter the pits”, he added.

“It&#8217s also a pleasure for the fans and for motorcycling that Valentino is on the track and is defending his team”s colors, he concluded about his archrival.
