Colpani, Cremonese ahead of the Emilians

Cremonese is moving decisively on the market and is betting big on Andrea Colpani, a talent owned by Monza and one of the most interesting midfielders on the Italian scene despite a lower-than-expected last year. According to sources close to the grigiorosso club, the negotiations are well underway and Cremonese is reportedly ahead of Sassuolo and Parma, who are also interested in the 1999 class.
Colpani, back from a chiaroscuro season in Serie A with Fiorentina, in the purple did not confirm the good things he did at Monza, where he showed he could make a difference even on the most important stages and where he returned in the light of the failure to redeem by the violets.
The youngster will not stay in Brianza to play in Serie B with the biancorossi: he has a profile that is coveted by several clubs, but Cremonese, which on Thursday announced the arrival of Antonio Sanabria from Torino, seems to have moved with more conviction and could soon find the’agreement with the club that was recently owned by Silvio Berlusconi.
