Palermo knocks on Parma’s door for Hernani. Confirmation arrives from Sicily about the Emiliani’s interest in the Brazilian midfielder, whom many rumors give as a departure. The player, who is not expected to be called up for the Serie A match with Juventus due to an ankle problem, has long been on the purchase list of the Rosanero, now ready to get serious.
The ambitious Palermo intends to satisfy coach Filippo Inzaghi, who has been requesting for weeks the arrival of Hernani, already coached during his experience at Reggina.
The obstacle remains the former Zenit and Genoa man’s salary, which exceeds one million euros. Hernani in his four seasons in Parma played a total of 132 games, scoring 14 goals.
