Frances Tiafoe fights back against Jannik Sinner: "I can beat him and I choose Carlos Alcaraz"

The Jannik Sinner–Carlos Alcaraz duopoly is making the tennis world debate. Even at the Us Open, the two young outfielders are the favorites to qualify for the final of the season’s last Slam: the South Tyrolean and the Murcian have won the last seven major tournaments and their dominance seems unchallenged.
U.S. tennis player Frances Tiafoe in a press conference, however, expressed confidence and hope that this duopoly could be broken sooner or later: “If you want to win a Grand Slam right now, you have to get past Jannik and Carlos. They are two impressive players, very young, who will stay at the top for a long time. But you can’t just put them on a pedestal. I believe I can do it to beat them”.
.
“If you want to reach special goals, Sinner and Alcaraz must be beaten. One is ice, the other plays with the crowd. One hits the ball brutally while the’other has total game”.
“They move formidably and all this generates impressive plays. It is fun to watch and I know they will stay on top for a long time, personally I pick Alcaraz over who will win more Slams. But I don’t think they will dominate forever, sooner or later someone will interrupt them”.
