VR46, Franco Morbidelli seeking redemption in home grand prix

After a difficult weekend in Barcelona, Franco Morbidelli is itching to get back on track in the San Marino and Riviera di Rimini Grand Prix. In Misano, Franco took his first MotoGP win in 2020 and last year he scored a Sprint podium (third).

The Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team centaur arrives at the track he knows very well (after many races and tests) in sixth position in the overall standings on 161 points, the same as his teammate Fabio Di Giannantonio.

“Misano is always a wonderful place, everyone will be enthusiastic and cheer the Italian riders – he admitted to the team’s official channels -. I know the track very well, being my home race, and I am ready to come back and fight for top positions”.
