Cesc Fabregas, warning to Como: "We are not yet like Napoli"

Como has gathered only a draw from the home challenge with Genoa, which ended on the’1-1 after the equalizer in the dying minutes signed by Ekuban after Nico Paz’s feat in the first half. A result that slows down the Larians’ run, but not the judgment of their coach Cesc Fabregas who spoke clearly about the team changes at the end of the Sinigaglia match.
“We are a really young team, we have guys who are experiencing their first or second season in professional soccer – noted Fabregas to the microphones of ‘Sky Sport‘ -. I am very calm, but we are not yet a team like Napoli. Of winning players in the squad we only have two, Morata and Sergi Roberto”.
“To go out on the field dominating for 90 minutes is very difficult – added Fabregas -. There are still two teams playing, and Genoa is a strong and proud team. We are young and we continue to grow and learn. We have already improved from last year, and playing together we will continue to do so. At the moment we still get some choices wrong, but we have the chance to grow a lot”.
Fabregas, however, did not want to dwell on the’incident of the direct red against Jacobo Ramon. “Surely his expulsion affected the match, but I prefer not to comment on it. Como always plays to show its strength, and after the first 60 minutes we deserved to win. We really have a chance to become a very strong team”, concluded the Catalan coach.
