Carmen De Gironimo presented her new social project to the Senate.

At the Senate of the Republic, the social project Sport & Soul – #IoSonoEmozionAbile, conceived by President Carmen De Gironimo and sponsored by LND-FIGC and FIDESM, was presented.

The initiative, dedicated to promoting the value of emotion as a skill and sport as a tool for care, aggregation and solidarity, saw the participation of authoritative representatives of the institutional and sports world, including Franco Carraro, president of the FIGC DCPS, who emphasized how sport, through history, represents a fundamental element of collective growth and social care, and Giancarlo Abete, president of the National Amateur League, who has always been close to social projects aimed at young people, families and the amateur world.

Acting as promoter and hostess was Senator Tilde Minasi, who welcomed the project with sensitivity and vision, making possible this important moment of discussion in such an authoritative venue. During the meeting, a speech was read by Minister Alessandra Locatelli, who expressed closeness and support for the initiative.
