The GP d’Indonesia saw the success of Aldeguer. The 20-year-old Spanish rider of the Gresini team dominated on the Mandalika track from the first to the’last lap, leaving only crumbs to his opponents. For Aldeguer, it was the first MotoGP victory of his career. Behind him came Acosta and Alex Marquez.

Of note was the incident, after the very first corners, between Marc Marquez and Bezzecchi. The two, after touching, both ended up in the gravel. Problems especially for the reigning World Champion who was forced to go immediately to the medical center to assess the’extent of his injury.

The first diagnosis for Marc Marquez speaks of a small fracture of the right clavicle. The Spaniard will undergo further tests in Madrid to see whether or not surgery will be needed. Confirmation in the words of Tardozzi, Ducati team manager: “There’s evidence of a fracture. He goes to Madrid to see if he should have surgery or not” his words to Sky Sport.

Sick Bagnaia. The two-time World Champion, faced with a lot of problems, fell during the ninth lap when he was in 17th position and was turning, completely alone, on very high times. Definitely nervous, the Ducati rider ends at worst a very negative and disappointing weekend that erases what good he did in Motegi.
