Kabasele answers Borrelli: 1-1 draw between Udinese and Cagliari

Sunday on the sixth day of Serie A opened with a draw between Udinese and Cagliari (1-1): at the ‘Bluenergy Stadium‘ the red and blue went ahead at halftime with Borrelli’s goal but in the second half Kabasele signed the equalizer for the Bianconeri.

After a Zaniolo goalpost on 9′, it was Cagliari who found the lead on 25’ with Borrelli taking advantage of a rebound and scoring from two steps. Then Atta had a double chance to equalize but first Caprile and then the crossbar denied him the joy of the goal.

In the second half, however, the Friulians found a well-deserved equalizing goal with Kabasele, who, on Solet’s bank, beat Caprile with the outside. A quarter of an hour from the end, Zaniolo devoured the goal of the lead by sending it high from two steps: in the final Bayo imitated him by kicking the ball of the possible overtake to the stars.

The Friulian team was able to score a goal in the second half.

In the standings Cagliari and Udinese remain paired, climbing to 8 points, in the middle of the table. In the next round the Rossoblù will host Bologna, while the Bianconeri will visit Cremonese.
