Among Juventus’ top market targets is Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, a midfielder who has already been sought by the Bianconeri club in the past. The star player is expiring his contract with Al Hilal and contacts for renewal have not yet been initiated.

Igor Tudor would be delighted to have him in Turin but a big financial sacrifice is needed from the’former Lazio midfielder, who in Saudi Arabia earns 25 million euros annually excluding bonuses.

Juventus cannot even come close to such a figure but will bet heavily on the player’s willingness to return to play in Europe after 2 years since his farewell to Lazio.

Grew up in Austria at Grazer AK, Milinkovic-Savic then moved to Serbia’s Vojvodina, where he went through the entire youth ranks before making his first-team debut. In 2014 he was bought by Genk, and a year later he was snapped up by Lazio for 12 million euros.

In biancoceleste the player established himself as one of the best midfielders in Serie A, collecting 69 goals and 58 assists before flying to Saudi Arabia to Al Hilal.
