There's a queue for Yassir Zabiri, the new Moroccan soccer phenom

Yassir Zabiri. Mark this name down. Everyone in Morocco is already crazy about him. Born in 2005, playing as a striker (182 cm, left-back), he enchanted at the Under-20 World Cup, dragging the Moroccan national team to victory in the tournament (against highly-rated Argentina). A sort of new crack in world soccer, at least that’s what they think in Morocco.
Currently under contract with Famalicao, a Portuguese club, he has an existing contract valid until 2028. His talents, which are truly remarkable, have already attracted the interest of major European clubs, ready to invest significant sums to snatch him away from the competition.
At the moment, he is still under contract with Famalicao, a Portuguese club.
Although he is still very young, Yassir Zabiri seems destined for a bright future in the soccer that counts. Several Premier League clubs have reportedly already come forward, in an attempt to snatch him, as soon as possible, from Famalicao and give him, right from the start, great stages.
Complicated a landing him in Serie A, especially because, after his double in the Under-20 World Cup final against Argentina (2-0 the final), his price has risen further. Consider that, at the end of last season, his price tag was around 600,000 euros. The Under-20 World Cup, played as an absolute protagonist, has made him one of the most desired jewels from half of Europe.
