Jennifer Boldini, season over: knee cracked

Bad news at UYBA Volleyball. During last Saturday’s practice, Jennifer Boldini suffered a left knee injury after a fall from a wall.

From the beginning, the red-and-white medical staff sensed the possible seriousness of the situation, which was unfortunately confirmed yesterday afternoon by the results of the MRI: rupture of the cruciate ligament and second-degree injury of the medial collateral ligament.

A very hard blow for the team, the club and all the fans, who for years have considered Jennifer one of the most beloved and representative figures in the club’s history. Her grit, smile and leadership on the court have always been a reference point for the entire red and white environment.
