Marco Bezzecchi and a step backward that is needed

Marco Bezzecchi, starting from fourteenth on the grid after failing to hit Q2, was the protagonist of an excellent comeback in the Sprint at the Petronas Sepang International Circuit. The Romagna native handled the initial tussle of the early laps with lucidity, climbing steadily up to sixth position.
“Clearly, it’s not going like the last few races, but we knew we would struggle a bit more here – he admitted.
However, it is serving us well because we are working on many things that can help us in the future”.
“The start wasn“t bad and then I was able to make a comeback, even making some good overtakes – he added -. In terms of pace throughout the weekend I am not in bad shape, unfortunately I missed, both on Friday and in qualifying, the dry lap”.
