Inter and Cremonese sink Fiorentina and Genoa, draw between Bologna and Torino

At the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, Inter beat Fiorentina 3-0 in one of the three evening matches of the ninth day of the Serie A midweek round. The Nerazzurri unlocked the result in the 66th minute: Barella sidefooted for Calhanoglu who scored right-footed from outside the box.

The doubled in the 71st minute: Lautaro for Sucic, who gets through between two and beats De Gea with his right. In the 88th minute Viti’s foul on Bonny in the box, Sozza awarded Inter the penalty and sent off Viti with the second yellow, from the penalty spot Calhanoglu converted despite De Gea guessing the trajectory.

Cremonese won away at Stadio Luigi Ferraris 2-0 against Genoa. The grigiorossi took the lead after four minutes: Bianchetti from a corner kick touched for Bonazzoli who placed a winning reverse.

Bonazzoli’s own double in the 49th minute with a volley on Vandeputte’s corner, with Leali grazing but failing to clear. It ends 0-0 at the Dall’Ara between Bologna and Torino. Inter flanked Milan in third place and increasingly mislead Fiorentina, as did Cremonese with Genoa.
