Both in the large batch of second-place teams in the standings with 6 points to their credit, the result of three wins and one loss, Dolomiti Energia Trentino and Virtus Olidata Bologna will challenge each other on Saturday, Nov. 1, at the BTS Arena in Trento, with the stated goal of continuing their march to the top of the Serie A basketball standings.

Massimo Cancellieri, coach of Trento, has no doubts about the approach to be taken.

Massimo Cancellieri, Trento coach, has no doubts about the approach to take: “The challenge for us represents a very stimulating moment – he said -: we play at home against Virtus Bologna and we have all the weapons to have fun and compete, attacking the game from the start. We face a team that is very deep, athletic and of great quality”.

“We want to approach it in the best possible way – added Cancellieri -, trying to limit our ups and downs and be a little more ‘light’ to be able to compete against such a strong opponent. I really like how our team is growing and changing: so many players are making strides from preseason to now, and that makes me really happy”.

Also speaking at the presentation of the match was Selom Mawugbe, center of Dolomiti Energia: “We are expecting a very complicated game against Virtus Bologna– he explained -: they have a lot of great quality players, whom we know well. We will have to be very good at executing our game plan, because against a strong and equipped team like Virtus this is crucial”.
