One of the many London derbies offered by the Premier League is staged at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, where hosts Spurs face Chelsea, which despite boasting the title of world champions has experienced a complicated start to the season, so much so that it finds itself in the belly of the English top league standings.

The team coached by Thomas Frank comes from the’elimination in the Carabao Cup at the hands of Newcastle, while in the league on the previous day they beat Everton at home 3-0. The Danish coach will not be able to count on Davies and Gray, as well as the long-term injured Bissouma, Dragusin, Kulusevski, Maddison, Solanke and Takai. On the field will be Richarlison up front, with Kudus, Sarr and Johnson behind him.

As for the Blues, Enzo Maresca must still do without Badiashile, as well as Colwill, Essugo and Palmer. Also absent will be Delap, who has been disqualified. To regain his smile in the Premiership, after qualifying for the quarterfinals of the Carabao Cup (4-3 to Wolverhampton), the Italian coach is still counting on Guiu, although still dry in the league, in addition to Estevao, Joao Pedro and Neto.
