Cagliari, final decision on Alberto Cerri’s future
The paths of the island club and the striker are set to part
Alberto Cerri is set to leave Cagliari, this time permanently. The 26-year-old striker, who spent his last season on loan at Como, will in fact remain at the Larian club, still on loan, but with a substantial change to the formula: according to ‘Sky Sport’ reports, in fact, Como will be obliged to redeem Cerri at the end of June 2023, and with him he will be able to renegotiate the next contract.
No return to Sardinia, then, for Cerri, who wore the Rossoblù jersey between 2018 and 2021. With Como last year, the striker managed to return to double figures in goals, a goal he had missed in his three years in Serie A.
