Ducati centaur Nicolò Bulega told Sky microphones about his feelings after his first day in MotoGP in the official team of the Borgo Panigale manufacturer. “I did not go beyond expectations, because I had no expectations. I did pretty well, but I’m not looking at the standings. The thing I was most interested in was being on the bike, figuring out a lot of things and being on the bike as much as possible”.

Bulega finished 17th on Friday in Portimao: “I am still riding bad but I did a lot of laps, that was the most important thing today. The next few days will be tough, but right now the goal is not the result but just to gain experience”.

Bulega explained what challenged him the most: “I have to use the lowerers that we don&#8217t have in Superbike, plus the tires are very different, and they&#8217re maybe the hardest thing to understand right now. I have to change riding style and I have a lot of confusion in my head”.
