A hindered Trent succumbs to Istanbul

Dolomiti Energia Trentino, lacking Patrick Hassan (flu), DeVante’ Jones (periostitis) and Matas Jogela (muscle soreness), and with Jordan Bayehe forced out in the second half due to a bout of nausea, plays a very good game against Besiktas.
Coach Cancellieri’s men started very strong, even finding double-digit leads, but as the minutes passed Besiktas came back and imposed their physicality, closing the first half 45-50.
In the third quarter, the Turks are infallible and extend the score; Trento tries to come back in the last period, going as low as -9, but the final smiles on the hosts: 97-83. Among the bianconeri the best on the scoreboard were Battle (16 points), Steward (14), Forray (10) and Airhienbuwa (8). MVP of the match Connor Morgan, author of a 19-point, 7-rebound, 5-assist and 27 rating performance.
