The Nougat Festival 2025 paid homage to the upcoming Winter Olympics with a maxi-installation all to be admired.

A veritable work of art displayed Sunday morning under the XV Aprile Gallery in the center of Cremona left the public in attendance speechless, a ski slope taken care of down to the smallest detail all topped by the ever-present Olympic hoops. Cristiano Rivoltini and Paolo Bonioli, nougat production manager, created an installation that promotes the union of sports and culture, turning nougat into a symbol of shared passion.

A casting of soft nougat covered with a chocolate icing and finally a sugar paste that gives the shiny, frozen effect. The combination of these three elements returns an icy image, a real ski slope. Every detail has been taken care of, and to make it even more realistic, we obviously also made the finish and the skiers. But we could not miss the five Olympic circles, which were also made with soft nougat and covered with colored sugar paste. The lighting poles were also reproduced to make it as realistic as possible.
