Italrugby, Michele Lamaro pawing for return to the field

On Saturday, November 22 at 9:10 p.m., the Ferraris Stadium in Genoa will host the third and final test match for Italrugby in the Quilter Nations Series. The team led by Gonzalo Quesada will face Chile: live on Sky Sport Arena, Nowtv, Rai Sport and Raiplay.
“It’s good to be back in the group. It’s been since the Six Nations that I haven’t worn this jersey – debuted Michele Lamaro in the press conference -Already since the beginning of November I was looking forward to coming back but due to a small physical problem I wasn’t able to take the field. I am looking forward to tomorrow night”.
.
“It was great to see my teammates play against Australia and South Africa, it makes me even more proud of what we are building as a group– added the Azzurri captain.”
In the first game I was excited to see the joy in their eyes. Against South Africa we offered a great test of maturity, but we can start trying to take the opportunities that come our way”.
“Matches like the one ahead of us against Chile are always tricky. First of all, you don’t know your opponent very well: other players happen to have met them with the club or in the national team. I personally have never played against Chile. We certainly do not underestimate them. We are aware that we are facing a team that is in the ranking behind us: in the past we have suffered against similar opponents. For example, Uruguay that we faced in Parma a few years ago: these are teams that put great pride on the field and come to Italy to put us in trouble. We have to be good at being focused on our work in order not to allow them to enter the game: this will be the key to the match” concluded the Benetton Rugby third line.
