Torino coach Marco Baroni is mortified after the 5-1 home loss to Como. Here are his words, “We apologize to the fans: we had recreated a nice’enthusiasm, we threw everything out the window and I take responsibility for it”.

“We did well in the first half and also at the beginning of the second half, then after the third goal we took we went off the field and that is something we cannot afford and now we have to roll up our sleeves and start again: compared to Juve we were missing four starters, but I certainly don”.

Nikola Vlasic is also very disappointed: “On’1-3 for them we gave up and lost distance, it is a bad day for us and now we have to prepare ourselves ahead of Lecce: it will be an away match on a very hot field against a strong team”.

The closing words come from Granata president Urbano Cairo: “Ē a match too bad to be true: in the first half we held well, then the second was unbelievable.”

“I am also very sorry because we had played great games even against Roma, Napoli and Juventus and it was not the Toro seen in the derby, even if we were missing four players there is no excuse. Now we have to start again, in the week I will go to the Filadelfia”.
